The highest number of frames that the human eye can observe is 24 frames/s. If it is higher than this frequency, it will not be easy to detect changes. Frequency of the high-definition camera can be as high as 120 frames per second. During live TV or movie shooting, too low refresh rate of light will cause stripes in video image.
