Job Recruitment: Foreign Trade Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update products on Alibaba International, handle inquiries, follow up on orders and shipments, and provide pre-sales and after-sales services.
2. Develop clients through Alibaba International, Google, CRM systems, and international social media platforms to promote and sell company products.
3. Collect, analyze, and track industry client information, build and maintain client relationships, and respond to client needs promptly.
Study company products thoroughly, update product information on platforms, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
4. Proficient in PS, AE, PR, and other software for product photography, video editing, and image processing.
5. Coordinate with international couriers and freight forwarders, prepare invoices and documents, and arrange shipments.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, proficient in PS and video editing, with at least CET-4 English proficiency. Prior experience in foreign trade sales and Alibaba International is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Possess an internet-driven mindset and negotiation skills, with strong business development abilities to convert inquiries into orders and provide excellent follow-up services to encourage repeat orders.
3. Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, and other office software.
